The Spark Ultralight Mummy Sleeping Bag Series spans everything from an ultralight down-filled liner, to a mid-winter fast-and-light sleeping bag. Each model uses premium materials and no-frills design to provide cutting-edge performance. Ultralight does not mean ultra-tight: The Spark mummy sleeping bags are snug but still have adequate wiggle room for the performance-oriented, backcountry user.

Responsible Down Standard (RDS) is 100% of the down used in Sea to Summit's sleeping bags and quilts is independently certified to the Responsible Down Standard (RDS). The RDS certifies down against animal welfare requirements and tracks it from the source to the final product giving you peace of mind that the materials in this sleeping bag have been responsibly sourced.

The secret to the impressive performance is a combination of premium materials and careful design. The RDS 850+ Loft premium goose down, light-gauge #3 YKK® zip and high performance 10D Nylon shell and 7D lining fabrics, set the stage for superior performance. These materials are combined with a contoured mummy design for efficient insulation. The ULTRA-DRY Down water-repellent treatment protects the down from external moisture and condensation from the inside of the bag, virtually eliminating the negative effects moisture has on down. It also makes the Spark an impressive hard-alpine or adventure racing bag, where every gram is counted and down has never been a viable option.
